I. Description

CJXP12-200003 emergency vehicle electronic displayer was newly researched and developed by our company based on our screen lightbar LTF9Z112. Dictate sound hint and play function is extra added in this equipment. The vision is more optimize in the bigger screen. Augmented the dictate memory capacity, equip compilation software which can be handled by user and with computer interface.

Adopting electronic overturn mode, the displayer can operate screen under vertical position when it is in working, and closed on level when standby in this way to reduce resistance from wind.

JXP-F1616R2 emergency vehicle electronic displayer can show in different languages stipulated by user in words, warning sentence and simple image. It can be widely used in POLICE, RESCUE, ROAD CONSTRUCTION PROJECT as well as others emergency application.

III. Structure

1. Information screen is composed of display, controller and installation accessory.

2. The vision frame is made of high-performance PC material. Screen are available in amber and red

3. The outline border is made of hardness aluminum alloy, the surface is deal with anodizing, with excellent rot proofing, graceful figure and superiority workmanship

4. The display screen is composed of high-luminance LED module with 16×64 character lattice, transparent waterproof forms. It can be showed on static or dynamic state under different controlling. It can display in 8 byte letters, 8 figures or 16×64 character lattice image each time.

5. Component of LED warning lights:

a). Front side: 8 LED modules are available in red, blue, amber. the front lights working when the screen closed

b). Rear side: 10pcs amber LED modules

c). Corner sides: 4pcs LED modules, red, amber and blue or others can be available.

6. The electronic overturn unit is composed of speed-down motor, advance screw, overturn arm and control circuit. The overturn angle can be adjusted by user.

7. The status of displayer is controlled by controller. There is an operation interface connected with computer. User can easily make program and/or edit displaying info in words or images through the communication interface.

8. Profit from figure sound circuit and loud speaker inside, the controller can form and output sound hint and signal to support sound amplification.

9. The controller can be operated by manual button.

10. Power switch and other keys are also set in the button so as to control warning lights.

IV. Operation instruction:

1. User should install and connect according to operation manual provided from manufacturer.

2. Turn off display power, connect the circuit according to the connector chart with correct polarity, inspection and operate.
